Angelita’s Cocina is a family-owned food truck parked on Valley Center Road, named after the matriarch behind the recipes — Angelita herself. What started as a passion for cooking and sharing the flavors of Mexico has become one of Valley Center’s most beloved local spots.
The truck specializes in handmade tortilla tacos, quesabirrias, and mulitas, but the menu goes well beyond that — loaded nachos, flour quesadillas, tater tots, street-style hot dogs, sabritas locas, esquite cups, burritos, and fresh aguas frescas make this a go-to stop for the whole family. Tacos are just $2.50 and the flavors are anything but cheap.
