Founded by Ruthii and Shannon, the truck is parked right off Valley Center Road — easy to spot on your way to Bates Nut Farm — and open Monday through Friday in the early morning hours.

Their espresso is made with beans roasted exclusively for them by Christy Coffee Co., and the menu blends classic coffee drinks with rotating seasonal specialties.
